Disappointing Stay - Poor Room Conditions and Service

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the experience. Despite booking a deluxe king room, I was given a standard room with a malfunctioning AC. The room was small, with only a two-foot passage available after the permanent bed was placed.The toilet was dirty and slippery, with a broken washbasin and old water taps. No dental kit or toiletries were provided, and only one towel was given, which was also used as a bathroom door mat.As per the booking confirmation, the room was supposed to have a sofa, but it was missing. Instead, there was only one normal chair and a cushion chair. Additionally, there was no coffee/tea maker in the room, which was another disappointment.I requested an additional bed but was still charged Rs 500 despite it not being provided due to lack of space. The hotel's service and amenities were subpar, and I would not recommend it to anyone.Asgar Ali

AC too bad, no tv working condition. I feel bad, food very good, service good

We checked in very late due to delay in trissur pooram. No AC rooms were available. It's very hot and very difficult to get ready or sleep during night without AC Hot water not working

Bad roomFirst the AC was not working. I called for service and AC technician cleaned the AC filter with the water from the health faucet in front of us.Very un hygienic rooms.

Reception staff behavior at the time of check in,And there is dental kit, even they don’t have any idea about dental kit.

Room size wise okay, but condition of bedsheet, blankets ,air condition very bad.

The restaurant

A/C was not serviceable properly. Toiletries was not given. Towel and blankets were not clean enough. The staff at night was a bit rude. The reason been initially when I crossed check the booking, the staff told that booking may not be accepted instead they want me to come directly to their hotel and take their walk in booking. Which says there are just using booking.com platform to generate the lead and then wants to use them without paying their service charge …

The hotel is in a nice location, Hasita’s Hasi kitchen provides an amazing food ( Breakfast food even being complimentary but was so nice )

The AC in room look so old and was not even responding after switching it ON. The lobby pathway stairs look bit dangerous for little kids

Cleanliness, service, facilities.

No Wi-Fi. The cleanliness was sub par. Facilities were as well. Breakfast was always over. No quick replenishment. It was like early bird catches the worm. And folks fight over who ordered coffee first!

Breakfast included is a good idea because I couldn't find any decent restaurants nearby. Breakfast is a kind of buffet served in their dining area. It was a decent spread. Amused to see chicken curry served in the breakfast! Since I'm a vegetarian, I can't comment anything on it.

Nothing that sticks out. It's a standard fare per Kerala standard.

Staff was not so pleasant faced. May be guests are nuisance or family are not welcome?

Room size. Room was somewhat over filled with furniture. Bathroom flush was not working properly.

It's just an ordinary lodge.

They don't accept international bank cards. They will insist you to pay cash.   Although friendly, the service is poor. One has to go to the reception for every single thing one needed.  You would get the same standard rooms in other lodges at a much lesser price. The photos of the rooms you see and the reality are very different.

Nothing sub standard toilets. doors are old and shabby and licking difficulty. There is no restaurant. The breakfast buffet was not good and the dining table cloth was dirty and shabby for two days. Nobody bothers to clean it. Items in buffet are not refilled unless asked for as the lady is busy on her mobile.

Network issues. No Internet facility at all
